What drives us?
The belief that noise isn’t just a technical issue — it’s a health issue, a design challenge, and a political question. That’s why we’ve dedicated our work to developing systems that don’t just block sound, but actually absorb it.
We were the first to build a curved (outward-bent) noise barrier back in 1999 — and we haven’t stopped innovating since. Today, our systems are in use across Europe, with growing interest from the UK, the Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand.

PIN is CALMA-TEC’s well engineered noise spoiler: a compact, high-performance retrofit that brings tired noise barriers back to life.
At just 50 cm in height, PIN can increase shielding performance by up to 6 dB — without raising entire walls, disrupting traffic, or requiring new foundations. It combines aerodynamic form, open absorber technology, and intelligent mounting into one elegant solution.
Whether it’s a railway corridor, a highway edge, or your own garden fence — PIN helps where other systems reach their limits.
